Tube Laser Cutting
Copes • Miters • Slots • Tabs — in one pass
Accurate, Assembly-Ready Tube Parts
Round, square, rectangle, angle, and C-channel cut with repeatable precision. We add copes, miters, slots, holes, and part IDs in a single setup so frames and weldments fixture quickly and assemble accurately.
- Up to 9″ OD (material-dependent)
- Stock length up to 30 ft; bundle loading available
One-Pass Features
Copes, miters, slots & holes cut together for perfect fit-up.
Fewer Fixtures
Accurate joints reduce fixturing, tacking, and weld time.
Fast Turnaround
Bundle loading & efficient paths keep throughput high.
How Tube Laser Cutting Works
A rotary chuck indexes and rotates the tube while a fiber-laser head cuts programmed features. Assist gas clears the kerf and controls heat input. With precise motion control, we deliver tight fit-ups for weldments and bolt-on assemblies.
- • Clean copes, miters, and saddles for strong joints
- • Accurate hole/slot alignment around the tube
- • Part ID etching for efficient kitting & assembly
Why Use Tube Laser?
Integrated features eliminate multiple saw, drill, and mill steps. Parts assemble faster, with better repeatability and less rework.
- • Reduced downstream machining & jig complexity
- • Consistent, square joints across large batches
- • Lower total cost vs. manual fabrication routes
