Cut-Offs
- Same-day target: final files & PO by 10:00 AM ET
- Next-day target: by 2:00 PM ET (prior day)
- After hours / weekend: by arrangement (premium rates)
Limits
- Material in stock or available locally
- Weldments: simple jigs; complex assemblies quoted on request
- Finishing: powder coat slots may dictate earliest completion

Can you source material same day?
Often yes for common grades/gauges. If not on hand, we’ll provide the fastest alternative or partials now with balance later.
Do Express jobs jump ahead of the queue?
We use reserved capacity and targeted re-sequencing to protect standard lead times while meeting your deadline.
How are surcharges calculated?
Based on capacity reservation, off-shift labor, and coordination overhead. We’ll quote the uplift up front.
Can design changes be made mid-job?
Minor edits may be possible; significant changes can affect timing and cost. We’ll advise immediately.
